NAPLES, FL., – May 10, 2021 – Ave Maria Development announces that activity in the commercial real estate market has continued to grow within the eastern Collier County town. The open-air walkable Town Center spans over 100,000 square feet and serves as the central hub of the community with over 30 merchants including restaurants, shops, and services.
